At Stage and Screen FX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional makeup and special effects supplies. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure items are in their original, unopened packaging. Due to hygiene standards, used makeup, prosthetics, and adhesives cannot be returned.

• 2.
  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus shipping costs.
